there appears to be a modification with the same name installed, however no mod like this exists in the mod folder

the error message looks like this but I look in the modfolder and all I have installed is LA Mod this doesn't happen when dragging a folder over but happens when installing a e4mod file it also says everytime I install a e4mod file it says its corrupt but trying to redownload then install results in the installer sayin its already installed...
