Changing Alarm Personnel and Adding New Vehicle Spawns

Hello,

 

couple things I'm struggling with as I'm just editing the London Mod for personal use - have had a look around the forums but couldn't really find anything. I've managed to edit the callout vehicles as obviously all I had to do was change the Unit code.

 

First thing is the personnel number for the fire engines, for example I want the TL to have 2 FFs called when the alarm is called instead of 1 and to change the crew numbers and personnel with other vehicles but I'm struggling to find the bits of code I need to edit.

 

Secondly is vehicle spawns,

I want to have LAS and MPS vehicles spawn at the start like LFB vehicles but I cannot figure out how to add new spawns, maybe I'm being an idiot?
