I changed the resolution and it looks like this... Please help

I only can see like 60% of the screnn and in game it s kinda bad ..

Reset the screen to the previous value.

If this resolution doesnt work, try another, lower resolution. Not all high res or widescreen resolutions work in Em4 unfortunately.

I found the fix whas something in the compatibility tab

I see a lot of guides and info on how to change resolution editing a config file that don't include how to correct this issue if/when it happens. If you change resolutions in the config and it does as shown in the screenshot shared in the title thread of this topic:
 

Note: Close the game first if you have it running.

1. Right-Click on the exe to the game and select Properties.

2. In the Compatibility tab click on the Change high DPI Settings (button).

3. Check the check box at the bottom for Override High DPI Scaling behavior and leave the performed by option Application.

4. Click Apply, then Ok, close the properties window. Done!
