Flashing headlights

I'm wondering if it's possible to mod the headlights on the in-game vehicles to flash? Have tried the L-A mod and there you get it but is it possible to do it for the original vehicles and not just during night time?

Yes, both options are possible. You can make bluelights instead of headlights and they will flash when the bluelights are on
