Editor From Steam Help

So I just got a new PC and download Em4 Deluxe from Steam. When I try to install the editor, Steam starts up the actual game in editor. Here are some screenshots of what I did and what I'm getting....

Is there a way i can fix this?? T

I personally have the old 911 First Responders from Steam rather than EM4 Deluxe, but my suggestion would just to be to transfer all of your mods to the desktop and uninstall the game from the Steam Library. Then reinstall it along with the editor. I don't know how helpful this is but just reinstalling the game might work.

This problem has been plaguing many with the steam deluxe version. The only hope I have for this is if we report the problem en masse and grab the attention of the developer.
