Yet when I go to download the LA mod it says it can't install, because there is no valid installation of the game. So if anybody can help me it would be much appreciated. I download and extract the files without issues, but they do not show up under the mod-installer when browsing. Mod-installer does not recognize any mods. theocd Posted February 2, 2021 Report Share Posted February 2, 2021 Two seperate issues here: For OP Machew - which I appreciate I'm ~7 months late for is because the Los Angeles Mod installer is looking for a 'Sixteen Tons Entertainment' folder, simply redirect the installer to your Steam folder (steam > steamapps > common > Emergency 4 > mods) and it should install fine. For FireResQMedic, once downloaded and extracted, you need to run the Los Angeles Mod v2.1 .exe file, then direct it to the place mentioned above if using Steam. Hope that helps.
