How do I get the .e4mod file instead of getting the "Setup cannot find a valid installation of Emergency 4 or 911:First Responders and is unable to find a location to install the mod! itchboy Posted July 14, 2020 Report Share Posted July 14, 2020 This is the infamous ModInstaller bug. I am not surprised that 16T still hasn't fixed this bug after 14 years. This video covers it. Here's another if this doesn't work. I raise my middle finger to this game and the developers/publishers who refuse to take care of their title.
