Is there already something that you can show to us, because no one will just build you a mod as it takes a lot of time and effort. You have already posts from 2017 and 2018, indicating that you are starting a mod etc, I sincerely hope that you learned some skills in the meantime that you can show here, otherwise finding a team will be challenging for you. If you didn't learn some basics in the meantime, here is my advise to you: Start working with the available tutorials on the internet and learn by doing if you haven't already done so. That is how everyone here has or is starting out. In the beginning it is hard, but that is the time to keep going and not giving up. Once you have mastered the basics you can think about starting a mod, but not after first establishing a start with a concept and at least some skins done so people can get an impression. I have learned something but I cant do it myself and I made somethning. And My mod is 70% done but my friend who help me cant help me because his yob. So I need someone because mod must be done for 2-3 monts, Zagreb mod is based on city of Zagreb and his fire department. And Zagreb fire department in october is celebrating 110 years.
