how to activate the wanted tag on the 3d map of Emergency 4 L.A. Mod 2.1?

I was playing Emergency 4 LA Mod and was unable to finish the Hacker mission. Did it cause a blackout because the Mod doesn't have the icon above the criminals? Was there a way to put that icon back on?

There is no wanted icon for the hacker in that mission. Follow the dispatcher's instructions when you investigate the NET services building. He mentions a *satellite dish*. There's your hint. Here's another an axe is required once you find them.

Não para o hacker para os manifestantes  e criminosos no L.A. Mod não possui ícone algum sobre eles queria saber como ativar
