Los Angeles County Police:

Could be placed at the freeplay hospital.

I think with a little reskinning of vehicles this could also be integrated...the uniform IRL looked like the LASD one.

I would appreciate it if you or anybody else could try making skins of agencies that you want to see. It would be a huge incentive to include them into the submod.

Not exactly a bug but something I thought you should be aware of, some of the ALS Ambulances play the Emergency 2 Martins Horn (Fire Department) siren during the VIP Escort mission, It does not interfere with the regular siren but plays alongside it. It triggers the same way the sirens do in the base game like when the vehicle stops behind traffic or turns at an intersection.

 

I haven't noticed it on any other maps or vehicles, just when the siren command is playing on the ALS Ambulances.

Thats how the siren is, it is setup like that since LAFD Ambulances had Martinhorns for awhile as per California state law they couldn't have a horn that interfered with the siren. All it is, is a siren file its just perfect timing

I  never knew LAFD used German Sirens, that's pretty neat, thanks for clearing it up.

No Problem, they were also used in the 70s too. Battalion Chiefs had them aswell. Pretty sure they had them on vehicles till 2010ish, last modern vehicle I saw with one was a 2006ish Chevy Tahoe/Suburban

Not to get too off topic, but RE; the Housing Police, I read an article saying that they were disbanded in 2002 so that should fit the timeline. Squad 65 is much more experienced with skinning than I am, the last serious crack I took at it was literally about 10 years ago so if he's happy to try it then I defer to him. I also like the idea of having the LA County Police at the hospital, I know they were actually the product of a merger between a few different agencies in the mid 1990s. There was a great website a long time ago that had photos and info about the smaller LA County agencies in the 90's but I'm not sure if it's still around. I'll see if I can find it. There's also the Transit Police to consider too, I know they were merged in in 1997 or 8.

The siren is legitimate and based on reality. LAFD ran these kinds of FIAMM brand horns for a long time, according to the internet.

Its a super rarely documented thing so I understand why you were caught off guard.

I gave it a one in 12 chance of appearing ingame. It doesn't actually play when a vehicle stops behind traffic.

Reinstall the LA mod from scratch, and then reinstall my submod separately from LA 2.1

I made sure that the included deluxe map is just a carbon copy of normal FP so I don't see anything going wrong with it there.

A fast look at his submod: Very good work. 

My only issue, having 3 emergencies at the same time constantly is kind of stressful, but I could change the XML by myself. 

And I like to set "reflections off" in vehicle options, but also I could do it by myself.

I found it, it was related to the trailer script on the tiller that messed up the userdata.

Found out this was happening with my other trailer scripts such as the ones in Montana and River Falls mod, so this glitch hunting helped another 2 mods as well.

So I found a bug with the medevac/medical chopper

when I click to spawn it and select personal (looks likes its only the LAFD paramedics though) when its actually spawned on the map it comes empty and can't be sent to HQ only land it somewhere

This bug is legit but very, very strange.

Its not anything that I did, rather it is Em4 itself. It seems that the cost for each unit and the helicopter itself becomes multiplied by a LOT. So much that even when you call for 3 or 4 personnel, the game makes them cost 200 thousand credits, and in turn the personnel don't spawn because the ingame money isn't enough.

However I did find that the CallHelicopter script is bugged and the medics don't spawn through there either. So at least I have one out of two issues sorted.

I've noticed it with ambulances too. The LAFD Paramedics either despawn or there is only one when you call it via menu
