Norbeast Posted August 15, 2019 Report Share Posted August 15, 2019 I take my screenshots using either Print Screen or Gyazo, however, every time I take it, I only get a completely pitch black picture, the file name is "unknown", I've tried multiple other apps too trying to solve this issue however none have worked, the only method that seems to work is to record my game session, pause the recording and take a screenshot, however that is time consuming and sometimes doesn't work too.
