democracks Posted February 23, 2019 Report Share Posted February 23, 2019 I have gotten my hands on an hp compaq 8200 that isnt very old. I use it when i'm away from home to play on my down time. I installed em4 off steam and got the game to load and get me to the menu but when I load free play either base version or with a mod there are no textures. the screen is black and all I can see is the flashing lights and green rings around my units.
