n00bingtarget Posted August 28, 2018 Report Share Posted August 28, 2018 I've found it works best when you have 2 people there. 1 police to shoot the vehicle, and 1 person with an extinguisher to put it out right away. Some mods you don't have long before the vehicle explodes, which can cause a bigger problem if you have a line of cars behind the stalled vehicle. amuchalipsis Posted September 4, 2018 Report Share Posted September 4, 2018 If I'm not mistaken, at least one version of the Manhattan Mod did a tow script that made all traffic vehicles towable.
