Second: please type in English so that people here can understand what you mean and help you (translators usually work but important details could be missed). Mods can be downloaded here: http://www.emergency-planet.com/files/category/38-big-mods/ and you'll most likely need to install them using the modinstaller that comes with the game - probably located in your Steam/Steamapps/Common/Emergency 4 Deluxe folder. Could you ellaborate what happens in the main menu, please? Let me know if you need further assistance.
