LA Mod is fully compatible with EM4 Deluxe, what means you can play the mod with EM4 Deluxe.But there is no fire station, police station and hospital on the Deluxe freeplay map. I have EM4 Deluxe and their is no specific mods made just for the deluxe map as yet! but you never know what is around the corner.
