I have tried crane, power tools, lifting debris etc. with no success. I actually completed all tasks EXCEPT geting these two victims out of rubble and treated/transported. However when I use the REGULAR game (using German Vehicles) the scissors do work. Do you know if this error has been corrected with LA MoD V 1.3?Thanks for your help.
