MichaelTarsi Posted June 13, 2016 Report Share Posted June 13, 2016 I am currently trying to play the Los Angles mod on EM4. I have downloaded for the .exe. When I go to the games I click on the modifications on the start screen and it immediately freezes. Could this be because my specs are low? I do not know how to fix this problem. If so then this is normal, it looks as if it freezes but really it's loading the mod. try it again and when it seems to freeze don't do anything, wait about 5 minutes for the mod to load.
