n00bingtarget
If your motherboard looks like this: http://skyline-eng.com/packard-bell-imedia-s-desktop-motherboard-sff-mb-u6l07-002-h61h2-ad/ Then it looks like you can use a PCI Express video card, however the expansion slot (larger black one) is at the bottom of the board, so that limits what cards will fit in the case. Also, your power supply will limit it without upgrading to a larger unit with more power. I'd suggest an NVIDIA GT720, GT730, or GT740 so hopefully you won't have to upgrade the power supply, and those are usually single slot solutions, so they should fit in your case. ThatOneIowan
I'd be more concerned about your CPU bottlenecking a decent graphics card, but that's just my opinion.
Warstrikewolf117
I Agree with http://www.emergency-planet.com/profile/58750-thatoneiowan/ Depending on the type of cpu you have it could seriously bottleneck the graphics card making it run slow and therefore not in the way you would like it. In my opinion the best thing to do would be to get the model of your motherboard and try to see what cards are compatible with it so that the card can run much more smoothly. Handsup!
Pick up a QX6600 for about £30/$45, put that in, pair it up with a GTX 650 or something from the 700 series as n00bingtarget said and bam, you'll be able to play GTA V.
Seluryar
You might have a problem if you have a low powered power supply, most mass-built computers come with a 300w power supply which will not help many video cards out there
