I'm working on the New Dutch Mod, which will contain some new features and the fix, along with some bugfixes. If you can't wait you could try Killerconisti's fix, but that doesn't address any new features or bugs (police officers, medics, and the like are a bit buggy...)- from my own experiences and the accounts of others.
