Could someone point me to the actual download link for Bieberfelde mod?

I found the website to download the Bieberfelde mod, but I'm not finding the actual link for the mod.

The "ENG Lang Pack" is above the download link. http://bieberfelde.emergency-forum.de/data/ENGLangpack.rar

For me when I go to download it it comes up saying access denied, do I need an account on there to download it?

EDIT: Created an account and I now have the mod.
