NSWPF88 Posted January 17, 2016 Report Share Posted January 17, 2016 Hi i am new to the modding side of things for Emergency 4 and i was wondering how do i add a custom map into the editor? i downloaded a map texture off this website. and i do not know how to add it if any could help that would be great. and second i having trouble with the create new mod in the editor when i make a new mod it says it has successfully been created but when i check my mods folder in the game directory the mod folder is not there. if anyone could help with these two problems that would be great. bma Posted January 18, 2016 Report Share Posted January 18, 2016 There is a cupple of things1) once you have created the mod you have to load it maybe thar helps.2) if it doesnt, check your windows security settings. High security settings and modding doesnt go along very well.3) if the map you downloaded isnt a tga file you have to export it into a tga file. 4) If it is a tga file you can import the file in the editor under terrain -> import new terrain Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
