itchboy Posted September 23, 2015 Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 You would need to play mods like the LA Mod to have a control panel in freeplay. I'm assuming you're playing Em4 standard with no patches. First step would be to patch your version of the game to 1.3, and then install the Los Angeles mod into your game.
