It feels good to drink after I go running because coconut water rehydrates you faster than just water. But it's not a great thing to have just because you want something tasty. I love Body Armor. The Fruit Punch and Mixed Berry ones are the best, I haven't tried their Lime & Lemon one yet. But that is only at like 10% of the stores around me, if that. Gatorade is so tasteless it's not even funny. I personally find Arnold Palmer too complex, I like simple flavors and the mixed amounts of flavors is sorta overwhelming, for lack of a better word, for me. Minute Maid Raspberry Lemonade is great, but I drink it all the time and don't want to over do it so much that I don't like it anymore. Anybody have any other drinks they like?
