Yorpie
Hi,I got a bit of a problem, nothing to bad, but its kind of annoying.Sometimes when I start up the game and I select freeplay, the game shuts down after playing for about a minute. No freezing, no error, it just shuts down, so I'm back at my desktop and have to start it again. I am using Los Angeles mod v2.1 (with E4LM: LA and Additional Units submod) but it also has occured while playing Montana Mod V2.0.1 and Manhattan mod v3.0.5, so I'm pretty sure its game related. I did edit the money values, event times and traffic amounts but even without that it still happens.I also have edited the em4.cfg file; I have the resolution set to 1080p and I edited the camera pitch and zoom settings. The game itself, I bought on Steam during the summer sales, its the '911: First Responders' one.
Newfoundking
Logfile when it crashes? With your edits it's hard to tell what's wrong without that.
Yorpie
Logfile when it crashes? With your edits it's hard to tell what's wrong without that. The crash seems to occur whenever the game is supposed to trigger the first event. I will provide the logfile the next time the game closes. EDIT: The game didn't crash anymore so far during the first bit of freeplay, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for now.The game did crash twice a bit further into the game this time, once with the Manhattan mod v3.0.5c and once with Boston mod v2.2I attached the logfiles to this message, hopefully they will shine light on what is causing these crashes. I suppose the Manhattan one has to do with to much traffic, since I set the amount of traffic to '0.1' in the freeplayparameters.xml. The Boston mod uses original traffic, but I am using the original freeplay map though (updated with fire/police stations and a hospital).Boston logfile.txtManhattan logfile.txt
