I want to base fire off of Anchorage Fire Department and ems Mat-sue ems if anyone has the time to teach me how to skin what applications i need to even start this please do so thank you. If you do this, I'd recommend grabbing things from SA skins instead of IV as SA modders typically are more relaxed and don't really care if their things are used as long as credit is given, IV modders typically require to ask permission Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
