I think now version 1.3.2I was running some test on a few new vehicles I have been changing lighting on and working with. I blocked off a road with the tow truck and sped game time up and only had one car attempting to get by. Not sure why but it seems the city is dead of people and traffic.Anyone have a solution or is it time to start looking into the files for solutions.16tons is useless and so is steam.
