I have tried to download the LA mod since and after Ii download it, I get an error that says "Setup could not find a valid instal of Emergency4/911 First responders and is unable to find a location to install the mod". Any suggestions? I have read countless threads and nothing I have tried seems to work. I am running an HP Laptop on windows 8.1. Any help is greatly appreciated!
