Why hello once again Portland First responders, being that your ability to advertise here has been removed temporarily for the conduct that you got involved in previously, this has now become a permanent banning of this clan's ability to advertise here, or any other names you should decide to attempt to re-create your clan under... As for the poster of this message, you will receive a one month suspension from this site, should you decide that you wish to attempt to re-create another account to get around this, it will become a flat out permanent ban.

So, Portland First Responders, big issue there, is googling Texas ERT, another banned clan, brings you to a link listed as Texas ERT, but it brings your to the PFR page...

 

IP Bans issued to Kyle Heimstead and linked accounts. Anyone else involved will get more bans.

Yeah there is a slight problem for clans as of late. Realize that a "new" name with the same old content/persons involved does not change the issues that existed previously.  To elaborate on NFK's post using your own "proof" from your newly created account (which we told you explicitly to not do lest you'd be banned permanently) Here you go:

 

Issue 1: Texas Emergency Response Team was banned for their misconduct.

Issue 2: Texas Emergency Response Team when googled goes to PFR sites (so they'd be banned for that alone).

Issue 3: Texas Emergency Response Team was "headed" by Willowfork, he created this clan name apparently thinking he was clever.  He wasnt.  So there ya go, your Permanent ban for failure to adhere to the warnings about re-creating clans that have been banned, along with creating a new account to get around your suspension (which would've expired on its own, but not anymore since you escalated it to a permanent one).

 

Ye Clans Be Warned, we can figure out who's who with a bit of effort, and when caught we act accordingly.  Understand that because you've gotten a new name does not absolve the previous problems your clan has caused.  Changing your name does not get you out of trouble in real life, it certainly won't work here either.
