TheCHcuky
Hey guys and gals, Im currently working on an emergency 4 series for my YouTube and I was hoping on adding a dispatch voice over for some of the scenes like "Engine 11, Truck 1 respond to bla bla.." I was curious were people got most of their enhanced supervisor audio files. If not is their a program that you can download an audio file that sounds like a female or male dispatcher from the words that you type? Kind of like Words to speech. I'm trying to edit my own voice to match a dispatchers voice and it isn't going very well. If someone can help that will be greatly appreciated. MFDHoward
Scanners, Radioreference.com ugh enhanced supervisor audio files came from actual LAFD/LAPD dispatch.
Chris07
I've played around with this for my Northview - Paramedics Mod (It's going to have full voice-acted dispatch). The best way: - Your voice (or someone else you know)- Sound bites from real dispatches (background static, tones, etc)- Audacity (Free program to edit) After several hours of playing around with different settings I've found some to match the particular sound I'm looking for. WildcatsMike
I'm currently working on a NYC style dispatch, and i'm voicing it. It turns out best if you voice it yourself. You can use Audacity, Narrate in Movie Maker, Etc. Good luck. Merry Christmas.
