Winterberg 8.9 Updater and 9.0 Failure

Hi all,
 
Does anyone have the link of the Winterberg mod 8.9 updater? I only can find the 9.0 updater. Also I'm having a issue with the 9.0 updater, it get stuck at the following:

The last sentece is translated as 'Not reconized as internal or external command or batch file'.
 
Does anyone know what this means? Im running the updater in Wine, because i've got a Mac. I know that's not a perfect combination but it has to be fixable.  I'm also receiving this error at the startup:
