I have encountered this issue in other mods as well (and the New York City mod just flat will not work). I have installed the mod as instructed, but when I go to load a free play game, the mod loads fine as does the level, but I have zero control over units. I can select them, but cannot give an orders. It's as if I am a spectator in the game. I have the American version of the game (911- First Responders) and the LA mod works flawlessly. Any got any ideas? BeastyBill88 Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 Yes like Miniboy said, you have to restart the game by quitting to desktop and loading it again because changing from 1 mod to another breaks it for some reason.
