Its using the Welfordshire mod and if I remember correctly no one was allowed to re-release an edited version or has that been changed? After being denied the chance to use Welfordshire vehicles (which was fine, and was a valid deny reason) I have been looking into vehicles I could use. I've come to the conclusion that I don't really want to continue the mod but for the sake of "fans" and because I want to see it work, I'll continue it until V1 is released.
