[concept] Mega City Emergency Services Mod

Hello Everyone,

 

I am thinking about doing a mod based off the comic book series Judge Dredd. The characters from the comic will not be used nor will the vehicles. Instead i will be using modern emergency services units and personnel. They will be from a wide range of emergency services. If anyone is willing to help me out here i would really appreciate.

 

I already have some skills in 3d modeling, but i do need someone who can take the models i make and skin them for me so i may put them in the game. i also need a scripter and a mapper. so if anyone is willing to help me out then i'd really appreciate it.

 

here's a little background:

 

On the west coast of the United States of America is a city that is in need of an emergency services director. There has been an increase in fire, ems and police calls and the emergency services are starting to get overwhelmed by it. Can you turn the city around and make it the safe city it once was?
