This can be deleted if its answered somewhere else. I saw 2 mods that are volunteer where people actually drive to the fire station stillwater (OnHold) and some other german looking mod. Like Fred and Ladder said, the next release of the Montana Mod which is coming soon will feature both a volunteer and a paid department. The volunteer department will include a new script and POVs.
