Doors and wheels dont show up?

Ok so when try adding a vechial and i put all of the model files in the correct place and prototypes in the right place i load up the editor i get the model then i try to add wheels and doors but when i click on the right door/wheel the photo is just black and i cant add the correct door or wheel help me please?! [Trying to add itchboys fordexplorer but doors and wheels dont show up in editor]

Did you add in prototypes for each door under the respective prototypes folder?

You need to change the model file directory when you edit the vehicle/object, the directory needs to go to where you moved the new model files to.

 

For example

OLD MODEL FILES DIRECTORY: Modname/models/vehicles/ford_explorer

NEW MODEL FILES DIRECTORY: Modname/models/vehicles/03 LA Police

Something like that, but obviously wherever you placed the vehicle model/doors/wheels. This needs to be done to each door/wheel etc for the model you want.
