Those are used at events to literally be a mobile police station so there would be 0 purpose for it in-game. That's very cool! Could of sworn I replied to this but it appears to have disapeared I was using that one originally but unfortunately because of the way the skin is it was incredibly difficult to change the base colour as well as some other minor problems.
