Kent (UK) Mod (Dev Release)

Thanks. It was the first incident I have made, I wanted to keep the trains going past to add a risk factor and so that it would make the incident have a sense of urgency. I may do a serious car pileup witch has 7+ vehicles but I'm not sure yet, has anyone got the car vs pedestrians at the festival, again I have not got it yet (I add them and want to test before releasing it but I can never seem to get them :D )

Edit the specs of your Freeplay Parameters to give you only the car accidents and make it so you get calls really quickly, you'll get it a lot quicker (If it's working) :)

does the number in the Parameters file have to be raised or lowered?

 

 

they won't go on the tow truck k- the train that is

 

I think because i classed the train as debris all you need to do is clear the cars and people and then it should de-spawn

New update to the map.

replace your freeplay.e4m file with this one

  • Added two smaller fire stations, one near the port and one near the railway station ( the one in the port replaces the 6 bay station )
  • All vehicles apart from the private fire service land rovers can now patrol
  • made a dedicated emergency service zone at the festival with room for up to two fire engines, (old area still exists so you can send ambos, etc there
  • Added a larger camping area at the festival
  • Added a paramedic outside the police station too treat injured police officers
  • Dennis Sabres don't carry Jaws + jump pad any more ( i wanted a difference in the fire engines so now there are pumps and rescue pumps, All scania pumps are rescue pumps.
  • Added a large RTC on the duel carriageway
  • Updated the original fire station
  • Made a few changes too the map

List of appliances at both of the new stations

 

PORT:

1 Rescue pump

1 Pump

1 Turntable ladder

1 Command unit

1 IRU

1 Insignia

 

RAILWAY:

2 Rescue pumps

1 Water carrier

3 Insignias 

 

I hope you enjoy, im not to sure how many more/if any updates i am going to create, its when i come up with ideas  :D

Note: you will have a police helicopter spawn in the yard of the Hart station, send the police heli to police station.

This is a save that has all personnel in the vehicles around the map apart from HART and at fire stations.

 

go to \Mods\Kent Mod v0.4.5\Save and copy this file in there.

 

NOTE: This file will replace save 00 so if you already have 00 saves the most recent one will be replaced, this save will only work with my most recent update to the map.

It is unfinished as its original intention was to go toward his new project (Which I do recommend you take a look at: https://www.emergency-planet.com/A3BRP) but it was decided against while it was still being made. So I will be editing it for EM4 and it will be the new Duxton Police Station.

Fix for the duel carriageway RTC, should work now but cant confirm as i don't have time to test it

This save will replace save 01 and all personnel apart from hart, fire and the police at the public order base should be in their vehicles

Small issue with patrol routes, where there is the crossing with amber lights, to the south of the main station, fire appliances get stuck on that corner and hold all the other patrols up :L 

That is the problem with patrolling in large vehicles they will get stuck on a lot, if people say what they get stuck on i will make a list and fix them in the next update :)

This is the only one I've found, besides a few where the units go straight through lights and block the traffic flow but think that's down to the game!

If you wanted just an idea, you could RP that out. Looks like it's stuck on the curb, 1 police unit, maybe another engine and a insignia to go and then try and get it off the curb. Just an idea

Did you leave in the Specs file with only the one incident? :D

Dont think so and i only released the freeplay.e4m file and a save

 

 

Thinking of that i think that maybe the problem, i set up that save with that specs file and then switched over after the save maybe thats the issue, @Kieran Townsley do you load my save or start a new free mode game
