FFMeredith Posted May 29, 2014 Report Share Posted May 29, 2014 I had an Idea for a private mod, unless I can contact the people, to combine the London Mod by Snipped222 (I believe?) and the LA Mod (By Hoppah) I don't want to add any scripts or major game changers. I simply want to 'swap' units and personnel. This also includes editing to get units to park in the fire station (s). But what programs would I need for the different files?
