trying to install mod useing mod installer

Hello,  Im trying to install this mod here http://forum.emergency-planet.com/files/file/457-new-york-city-modification/
but when I do I get this http://puu.sh/8LAKo.jpg I tryed installing one time it says the file is damaged so I re-download and got that

P.S I just re tryed and now get this http://puu.sh/8LARc.jpg



And there is nothing in the folder
