What i remember of it, it was a Firefighter game, the station was located at near city. Player had only Firefighters and medics. The first mission was to extinguish the fire and save people in the burning building. It was similiar to bank. the building had big windows and two floors, alot of rooms and doors that had to be break up, it had alot of commands, fire post had to be used because the fire engine couldn't shoot water inside the building and there was a limited resource of water in everything. The mission you said reminds me of the one where robbers try to rob a bank, and you've gotta put out the fire, and rescue the guys who attempted the robbery dressed as firefighters. Similar?
