FDNY2352
Now I don't think this question has been asked before on the forum but I wanted to ask if other people who play or mod for EM4 if they experience a tight arm and chest from moving the mouse when playing after a while? FDNY2352
I don't whether its down to the way I'm siting or the hardware like my mouse. I heard on my ICT course that arms should be at 90 degrees at the elbow
Newfoundking
Speaking from a purely theoretical view, as I've never experienced this--mostly because I shift myself many times while on the computer, and I use a recliner as a desk chair--repetivie strain injuries, and just plain discomfort can come from improper positions while seated. Rarely is the type of mouse an issue so much as the desk height, and body position. http://web.eecs.umich.edu/~cscott/rsi.html is a pretty good resource to explain RSIs more I suggest at the very least, lower your desk, raise your chair, or don't play for as long if you find yourself feeling any discomfort. Discomfort can transition into real injuries. And unlike at work, where you'll get some sorta coverage from your employer likely, if you hurt yourself playing PC games, you're on your own. Fred03
For the love of god people get up and move every once in a while. After every 10 fires or so hit pause and go walk to the fridge or something, if not you'll end up like comic book guy off of the Simpsons.
