billyyank Posted March 15, 2014 Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 I'm sorry, but I will keep posting about this until I get an answer. I have the LA Mod 2.1 on windows 8. I am trying to install W00ds map, but the game never recognizes the new map. I have pointed the installation into every map folder I can think of in both the mod and main game folders. I have verified whether the map is installed by using the map switcher that Hoppah included in the LA Mod. But no matter what I try, the freeplay map that loads is either the original freeplay map, or the LA Mod map made by Hoppah, never the W00ds map. Xplorer4x4 Posted March 16, 2014 Report Share Posted March 16, 2014 Right click installer, run as admin. Do not change anything, just keep clicking next.
