BeastyBill88 Posted March 15, 2014 Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 In your specs folder there is an XML file called freeplay parameters. You will need to open the file with something like notepad. Near the bottom there are sections for the different times of day, you can edit the amount of traffic driving around by changing the value of this <vehicletraffic factor="2.5"/> I think the higher the number the less traffic... Well that's what happened when I changed it, although I'm not completely sure if you can turn it all off all together though.Back up your files though incase it doesn't work!
