Xplorer4x4 Posted February 17, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 What actually is going on in that photo...Not 100% sure but basically an NYPD officer was parked at a working fire, and for any number of reasons the AO of the truck decided to put the outriggers/stabilizers down through the NYPD squad car.
