Tomarhawk Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 Evening,It's not just with one mod but with all mods my traffic lights stay on red for the correct amount of time, then skip from orange to green and then back to red quickly, meaning congestion everywhere. I know my PC can handle it as I know that can be the cause of some emergency game issues. I have an Alienware M18xR2 laptop which is built for gaming and can take games more intense than Emergency 4. After re-installing the mod it worked fine. I would try just re-installing all of your mods and if that doesn't work I would recommend re-installing your game.
