It is the regional capital with minor cities around. The city will be modeled on my home town, our nations capital Oslo. Why not make a Oslo mod you may say? I want the liberty to make certain creative differences, as to layout and vehicle-types, and not every model i available, and not beeing the best modeler in the world, i try to do with what I have\ can get and have the possibility to make. The entire layout of the region and mod has not yet been decided.
