Medic18 Posted October 10, 2013 Report Share Posted October 10, 2013 Hi I need step by step how to install Harbor city 4.0 mod. I can download it but can't get it to unpack w/ 7-zip. I can see the skins etc when I just look at them but when I go to look at them w/ the mod installer there is no single thing to install the whole mod and all the folders are empty as well. I've tried everything I can to get this to work. HELP PLEASE!you have to unpack the .rar and put the harbor city folder in you game's mod folder. Make sure you do not have second harbor city folder inside the first in games mod folder. The mod install is not need or used for this mod.
