Anyone know how or is willing to?

I'd just like a version of the LA stretcher team(s) without the front person. All of the other mods out there use new scripts to make it possible, but a simple model edit is all I need. I can take care of any changes to the Get and Drop scripts to only deal with one person.

Check out hoppahs tutorial, I managed to do some basic edits of people, its tricky though as you you have to work around the animations

I spent 2 months trying to attach a baseball cap to a person. Still can't do it, the animations part is my weak point. :c

Boy, that's not encouraging. I have no modelling experience myself.

I'll look into that. All I want to do is just make one of the stretcher guys invisible.

I think removing is a lot easier than adding, but yeah check out the tutorial

I suggest you do something else. Instead of editing the current stretcher team. Get a single person model and add the stretcher to that one. Result 1 person + 1 stretcher.

If you do Hoppah's way, why not try it with the stryker? I'd figure it'd be just as easy
