Guest pchandler86 Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 I cannot get the modinstaller file to work, at all. I can get the big mods with .exe install files to work just fine. But when it comes to mods like the London mod for example, I cannot install them. I try using the modinstaller file but it says that the game is not installed correctly. I've re-installed about 3 or 4 times now and it keeps giving me the same error. I have the digital American copy from amazon.com (So it's 911 First Responders not Emergency 4) if that matters, and I'm running windows 7 64bit Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
