That's right. A land management agency with riot police seems a bit unusual, we have one in the US but they are a special case. Why does the Italian forest service need a riot unit. Why does the Italian forest service need a riot unit.All the police forces have a riot unit, Guardia di finanza Carabinieri: Polizia: and Corpo forestale dello stato: BUT... this last, have only 3-4 vehicles, only for formality.... the officer of CFS riot, are employed for support the official riot squads, of Polizia, Carabinieri and Finanza I know that is very unusual and very useless... cuz one of that vehicles, cost a lot of money, and it will be used only in empy street...
